What is the Chairman thinking?

Cllr Wales (Chairman to Manorbier Community Council) asked the Clerk to arrange a Staffing Committee meeting. In his haste, he failed to inform the Clerk of the intended Agenda. In order to assist, the Clerk set the Agenda and complied with statutory requirements for the meeting.
The Clerk delivered Agendas to Committee members and posted Notices on the Notice Boards throughout the community.
The Chairman - in his infinite wisdom - decided that the Agenda distributed by the Clerk was not suitable, so he toured the Community Notice Boards and put up his own.....
The Chairman clearly has too much time on his hands. It seems such a pity to me that this individual does not put as much effort in to doing his best for the Community he is supposed to serve.
